Transcription: My first unsuccessful experiments involved the use of honey, ball bearings, and white paint. I have since realized that it is not the snow's color that makes it slippery. Finally, I discovered that by covering the ground liberally with butter, the mammoths could resume their winter sports. I soon found it necessary to develop a device I call the Mammoth Dip to clean the buttery young mammoths after each game. I am now developing this idea further in order to add slippery excitement to my great work.
